Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy To protect both the Client’s time and the Consultant’s preparation commitment, the following policy applies to all confirmed bookings: 1. Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed once the session is scheduled and any required payment or deposit has been received. 2. Client Cancellation or Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be accommodated without penalty and subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be considered a default and the session fee will be deemed consumed. • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies), both parties may mutually agree on a reschedule at the Consultant’s discretion. 3. Consultant Cancellation • If the Consultant needs to cancel or reschedule, notice will be given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session whenever possible. • If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, the Client may choose either: • A full refund (if payment has been made), or • A rescheduled session at a mutually agreed time, with priority scheduling. 4. Fairness Principle Both parties acknowledge that preparation time, scheduling commitments, and opportunity costs are involved in every session. This policy ensures fairness, respect for time, and professional accountability on both sides.
